-Login/Register with either Email ID or mobile then enter OTP -Enter all the mandatory fields in the profile page. -Please note all these fields are required for completing the donation/redemption process.

-Go to Donor Option and Select Redeem button. -Select Gyftr Voucher, Enter the voucher code. -Select the charity partner, cause and project for which you would like to redeem your voucher. -Tick on I agree with terms and conditions box and Select Proceed for successful redemption.
