The holder of the e-Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary
Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the e-Voucher before placing the order
Only valid e-Vouchers at the sole discretion of The Raymond Shop shall be accepted for redemption
Multiple e-Vouchers can be used against one bill
e-Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired
The Raymond Shop e-Voucher can only be used to purchase ready-made products.
The Raymond Shop e-Voucher can be used during sale.
The Raymond Shop or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the e-Voucher number and the e-Voucher getting redeemed on that account.
e-Vouchers will be accepted across all outlets mentioned, but The Raymond Shop at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice
The Raymond Shop makes full efforts to accept all e-Vouchers but on account of technical /administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept e-Vouchers
The Raymond Shop e-Voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. The Raymond Shop may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
If an e-Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72 hours
Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the e-Voucher has been received, decision of the company shall be final.
