This is Swiggy e-voucher and would only be accepted online on www.swiggy.com or Swiggy APP and not on any other products/services.
The person who has the Swiggy e-voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
Swiggy is not responsible if the e-voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Only One e-voucher can be used in one bill/transaction.
Swiggy e-voucher cannot be used on Swiggy stores
This is a One-time use e-voucher with an expiration date.
No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the e-voucher will be given.
Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
Swiggy e-voucher codes are 100% off up to discount codes.
Swiggy e-voucher discount will be applicable on the cart value (Item value), excluding delivery, restaurants charges and GST.
Swiggy e-voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations
Swiggy e-voucher cannot be clubbed with on-going promotions & offers.
Swiggy e-voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Swiggy may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
Any platform discount will NOT be applicable when e-voucher is used on the Swiggy platform.
Swiggy shall on best effort basis attempt to accept e-voucher, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Swiggy, e-voucher may not get accepted and Swiggy shall have no liability for the same.
If an e-voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after e-voucher is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
Payment method to be prepaid mode only while using the e-voucher on Swiggy. (Cash on Delivery mode of payment will not be applicable)
