Baskin Robbins e-Voucher will be received as an alphanumeric code and a QR code.

The person who has the Baskin Robbins e-Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
e-Vouchers are not valid on discounted items, merchandise, cakes, sticks and pre-packed sundaes.
Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the e-Voucher for making payments before billing.
e-Vouchers can be redeemed only in select parlors. Not valid at non-connected parlors, multiplexes, airports, shop-in-shops and select food courts where payments are made using food court cash cards Baskin Robbins may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
e-Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/schemes running at parlors
Multiple e-Vouchers can be used against one bill
This is a ONE time use e-Voucher.
No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the e-Voucher will be given.
Baskin Robbins e-Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
The e-Voucher has been issued subject to terms of the company
Any dispute related to the e-Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
Baskin Robbins e-Vouchers cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Baskin Robbins may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
Baskin Robbins makes full efforts to accept e-Voucher, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
If an e-Voucher get blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
